1. Roast cumin and coriander seeds and then ground them.
2. In a small bowl take the roasted cumin and coriander powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, chicken masala powder and make a paste using little water.
3. Heat a pan. Add cooking oil, green cardamom, cinnamon stick, cloves, bay leaf and cumin seeds. After a few seconds add chopped onion, potato, carrot, green beans, salt, turmeric powder and sauté all the things. Cover the pan with a lid.
4. After a few minutes open the lid and add the ginger garlic paste and prepared paste. Mix all of these.
5. Add chicken, salt and sauté it. Cover the pan with a lid.
6. Prepare a paste with tomato and green chilli.
7. After few minutes open the lid and add the tomato green chilli paste, quinoa, green peas and sauté them properly. Then cover the pan again with a lid.
8. Open the lid after few seconds add lukewarm water. Cover it and let it cook.
9. Open the lid if all are cooked and then add garam masala powder and sprinkle coriander leaves.
10. Healthy quinoa chicken recipe is now ready to be served.
